Growing nutrient dense food starts with the soil. By moving our animals strategically through our farmland, utilizing our own compost as often as we can and by planting poly-culture cover crops we strive to stimulate the biodiversity and regeneration of our soils.

We constantly rotate our crops and ensure optimal recovery time for our farmland before the next crop is planted.

Here's a short list of our produce: tomatoes, carrots, beets, kale, spinach, mixed greens.

We are proud to announce the addition of a 3000  sq. ft. greenhouse. The greenhouse will be completed and ready in September 2018 and we will start growing vegetables all year round.
